HOW DO WE FULFILL YOUR ORDER?
- The first step starts with communication – we discuss whether you want something from our existing range or whether it will be a unique order. After that, we prepare a commercial offer where we discuss all relevant details and additional requirements that will be agreed upon. Then, we produce samples for the final approval according to the drawings discussed and agreed upon with the customer.
- After final approval of all details of the contract, we continue to fulfill orders to get raw materials for production. During your order fulfillment and at all times, we ensure quality and keep in touch with you. This way we prove that all processes run properly.
- We package the finished wood products according to the agreed terms and then deliver your order in cooperation with shippers.

- So, the delivered wood is prepared with special woodworking tools and machines according to the drawing.
- We prepare the test product and then send it to you for evaluation. Our goal is to make wood products according to the customer’s wishes and needs, so we always listen to your comments on corrections and make changes respectively.
- We use various machines for wood processing such as multi-saws, four-sided planing, cutting, drilling, milling, forging, etc. Our experienced woodworkers use these machines to shape and give life to your orders.
- We use only environmentally friendly, water-based paints for nest boxes, bird feeders, and animal feeders.
- Before packaging the final product we perform repeated quality checks. This way, we significantly reduce brocade risks and ensure the necessary conditions for the goods to arrive undamaged.
- Throughout the fulfillment process, from project submission to delivery, we actively communicate with you.
- The production time of our wood products depends on many factors, which we can directly discuss in detail.
Delivery
We like to show exceptional attention to our customers – we carry out orders and always deliver them at the agreed time or even earlier.
Nest boxes, bird feeders, and animal feeders are securely packed inside cardboard boxes, which are stacked and secured on Euro pallets for safe transport.
We can also pack several units in a single box or in separate boxes. By prior arrangement, we can deliver the products on one or more trips by land or sea. We cooperate with reliable shippers.
We deliver products throughout Lithuania, Europe, and further.
Delivery time depends on the order size, delivery method, and location.
