Purchase rules

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legally binding document that establishes your (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and ours, i.e. UAB “Grožio namai VIS UNITA” (company code: 301862537, address: Konstitucijos pr. 20, Radisson Blu hotel, 2nd floor offices, Vilnius) (hereinafter – the Seller) mutual rights, duties and responsibilities when you purchase goods at the online company www.mgshop. lt (hereinafter – e-shop).

1.2. By agreeing to these Rules and placing an order for goods, you accept all the terms of these Rules and undertake to comply with them.

2. Conclusion of the purchase-sale contract

2.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, e. for this purpose, after creating a shopping cart, filling in the order data, choosing a payment method and familiarizing yourself with these Rules, click “Buy”.

2.3. The purchase and sale agreement concluded by the Buyer and the Seller is valid until its full execution, or until its termination as stipulated in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. Buyer’s rights and obligations

3.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods by e-mail. I comply with these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.3. The buyer has the right to return a product of inadequate quality in accordance with the procedure provided for in these Rules.

3.4. The buyer has other rights provided for in the Rules and acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.5. The Buyer undertakes to settle the ordered goods with the Seller and to accept them.

3.6. The buyer must comply with other requirements set out in the Rules and Acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller’s rights and obligations

4.1. If the Buyer tries to harm the email for the work or stable operation of the store, the Seller may be given a prior warning to limit, suspend (terminate) his use of e-mail. in the store.

4.3. The seller has other rights provided for in the Rules and acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.5. The Seller undertakes to organize the delivery of the goods ordered by the Buyer to the Buyer’s address.

4.6. The Seller, in the event of important circumstances that may be necessary to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer, undertakes to offer the Buyer a similar or similar product, and if the Buyer does not agree that the ordered goods should be replaced by a similar or similar product, to return the money paid by the Buyer for 3 working days, if prepayment has been determined.

5. Execution of the purchase-sale contract and delivery of the goods

5.1. The goods selected by the Buyer are reserved and the Seller begins to execute the sales contract from the moment the Seller receives payment for the goods by the payment method chosen by the Buyer, except for cases where the Buyer chooses to pay for the goods at the time of their delivery/collection. In the latter case, the sales contract begins to be executed immediately after its conclusion.

5.2. If the buyer chooses to pay for the goods by bank transfer, he must make the payment within 3 working days from the conclusion of the sales contract. During this period of orderly payment by the Buyers, the Seller has the right to consider that the Buyer refuses the sales contract.

5.3. The seller prepares the goods for pick-up or has handed over the goods to the delivery service provider within 3 working days of payment, and in cases where the Buyer chooses to pay for the goods at the time of delivery/pick-up – within 3 working days from the conclusion of the sales contract. The Buyer is informed by e-mail and/or SMS that the product is ready for collection/delivery. In certain cases (for example, when the Seller does not have the product ordered by the Buyer in stock), the product preparation period may be longer. In all cases, the Buyer is informed of the estimated time of product preparation in the Seller’s notice of order confirmation (Article 2.2 of the Rules).

5.4. The delivery terminal of the goods depends on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer and the goods delivery service provider (carrier / courier). Generally, delivery of goods takes up to 5 working days from the day the goods are transferred to the delivery service providers. The specific delivery time of the product is coordinated by the carrier/courier with the Buyers’ phone.

5.5. In cases where the Buyer chooses to receive the goods at the postal machines/self-service terminal, the Buyer informs about the delivery of the goods
